Barbour Refuses To Condemn License Plate

Hayley Barbour of Mississippi - and within those mentioned as being a Republican Presidential candidate in 2012 - has refused to condemn the proposed license plate of a former KKK Grand Wizard. Instead he has simply stated that the license plate won't make it's way into law.
