13 Democrat Senators from Wisconsin fled the state in order to keep what was presumed a sure bill on reforming Government teacher's unions from passing. Really?!? This is democracy in action. These Senators are like that kid in the neighborhood that would whine and say, "I'll play, but only if we do it my way."
