Greatest President of All Time

On this Presidents' Day you would think Chris Matthews has a serious crush on Bill Clinton. Matthews has now dubbed Clinton President of the World - and devoted a huge chunk of his show tonight to him. Give me a break. We've had some great President's, and Clinton was a good one, but he certainly isn't the greatest, and he certainly isn't President of the World.
