Grand Rapids Man Guilty Of Hiring Illegals

On Tuesday a judge sentenced Oswaldo Garces to a year of probation after he pleaded guilty to hiring illegal immigrants. Garces is the former owner of Clean Tech Services in Grand Rapids, MI. Frankly, I don't think he should have pleaded guilty and I don't think he deserves even a year of probation. This is what we should be looking for out of immigrants - start businesses and create jobs.
