Obama Throws Out Defending Defense of Marriage Act

The Obama Administration today decided that it no longer had to uphold its Constitutional duties by saying it would no longer defend a Federal Law - the Defense of Marriage Act. I understand he personally doesn't agree with DOMA, but that gives him no right not to follow the laws and procedures of this land.
