I thought more about the Obama Administration deciding against defending the Defense of Marriage Act and it has sicken me more. Not only is he abandoning his constitutional duty, he has essentially moving the Presidency towards a Monarchy by declaring that he, and he alone, can determine what is and is not federal enforceable law.
