Fat Women and Sex
Wednesday, March 2, 2011
Would you give up sex for a year if you could be skinny. Surprisingly (at least to me), most women say yes. But this obsession with weight isn't healthy, and frankly, the hypothetical would be a vicious cycle. Truth be told, sex feeds our self esteem, so remove that, we feel worse about ourselves and our marriages.

Physical, chemical and emotional stress play a role on the body and how it functions, especially in particular to the spine and nerve system.
If you are giving up a gift (sex) to obtain a specific result (to be skinny) you are not being realistic about the CAUSES of what you have created yourself to be....
As a doctor of chiropractic, I believe it is important to start targeting the cause of the problem, otherwise you are just COVERING up the SYMPTOMS.
It is important to add in one good thing in your life - which will naturally start to squeeze out the bad (for example... if you start drinking more water, which is the beginning to creating health, you will naturally drink less "other beverage")
Educate yourself, and never stop - we must not be complacent, as health is our greatest wealth!
