Forgiving The Killer But Suing Starbucks

A family in St. Louis who notoriously forgave the killer of their father, is now suing Starbucks for having a tip jar. They started off so well and then it comes to this? I am not saying Starbucks even did anything wrong, but forgiveness is the right step in this whole situation - whether it be for the man or the company.
