St. John's, Atlanta's oldest Lutheran church, has recently been in the news because of the controversy of their now-practicing homosexual pastor. Here we go again. We have another case of a pastor coming in, saying he was gay, but celibate, only later changing his stance, and now his congregation has fallen in love with the guy to the point where they want him to stay. Thus a controversy is created, and it is here where we are starting the conversation.
