Paying Parents To Parent

A researcher is trying something new and controversial by paying parents to be good parents. Many are balking at the idea, and I for one think it is great. We live in a capitalistic society and whether we like to admit it or not people are motivated by incentives. I have said it before, I am all for paying kids to read, and now I am all for paying parents to parent.
