What Is Our Purpose In Libya?

One of the key Augustinian concepts of "Just War" is that there is a reasonable chance of success. I am concerned with the leadership I have heard over the past couple of days that we don't have a plan or a purpose in Libya, and therefore I do not see how we can succeed. So while I defend our actions in Libya, we better get a plan put together and know just what we are doing over there. Or this very much will turn bad, quickly!
