I Want My Baby Back

I want my baby back... and no I don't mean Chili's Baby Back Ribs. A woman in New York put her child up for adoption and signed the termination of parental rights agreement. But after some time had passed, she is now wanting her baby back. My heart goes out for her, but at the same time, I hate to see stories like this further complicate the already complicated process adoption tends to be.
