Supreme Court All But Guarantees Davis' Death

It is a sad day to be a Georgian and American. Today the Supreme Court of the United States all but sealed the fate of Troy Anthony Davis. A man convicted of murder and sentenced to death all based on conflicting eye-witness testimony and not much evidence beyond that. I have said it before, the death penalty in all cases is wrong, but in this case it is all the more wrong. It's sick.
