BP Execs Might Get Charged With Manslaughter

It was released today that prosecutors are considering charging BP executives with manslaughter over their lack of action to prevent the deaths on the oil rig that exploded last Summer. It's hard to say it, but people make mistakes. And while I don't have all the evidence, I think it is a real scary precedent to start charging executives for accidents they probably had little or no direct control over.
