Economy Is Recovering and Government Is Shutting Down

Job numbers were released and they were good. Many are feeling much, much better about the economic outlook - despite still some problems in the housing industry. But at the same time, it is looking more and more like the government might be shutting down for a bit given Congress' inability to pass a budget. Am I the only one who thinks the government shutting down for a short time wouldn't be that bad of an idea?
