Obama As A Monkey Is Worse Than Bush?

President Bush was drawn as a monkey (and Hitler) countless times. Yet for some reason, an image depicting Barack Obama as a monkey is seen as racist and inappropriate. I am usually pretty sensitive to race issues, but I am having a hard time understanding why it was ok to make fun of Bush by drawing him as a monkey, but it isn't ok to do the same to Obama.
