Sending Homeless Woman To Jail For Sending Kid To School

A homeless woman has been arrested after it was found out she used a babysitter's address to enroll her kid in a school. Wow!?! I mean wow! I understand the need for school boundaries and all, but where is the compassion in this case. This is wrong - the kid should be able to stay in the school.
