Obama Gives Immigration Speech In El Paso

You can tell Obama is back into campaign mode. Why? The tone of his speeches has tones more energy and it is on topics that he likes to talk about but do nothing on. Case in point: today's speech about immigration. With only 1,000 people showing up, Obama delivered a condescending speech about how Congress needs to do something about immigration.
