Obama Accelerates Racism. Really?

President Obama addressed the Black Congressional Caucus in an effort to shore up his political base. It was the best speech of his presidency in spite of its factual errors. At the same time, Morgan Freeman declared that racism has worsened during the Obama years and has hindered Obama's ability to lead the nation. Is there evidence of that claim? Believe it or not, a person can disagree with Obama's policies and not be a racist. And racism has not improved like I had hoped under Obama but it has not worsened either.
