A number of events, related to gay marriage and same sex unions, took place this week in Oregon, Kansas, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. There are a variety of reasons why gay marriage should not be supported. Personally, I am against gay marriage based upon 1) the fact that homosexual parents make poor parents, 2) there is a higher rate of domestic violence among homosexual couples, and 3) monogamy is a foreign concept for most homosexuals.
