NJ Bureaucratizes Bullies

A 14 year old young man committed suicide this week in New York, after having been allegedly bullied for the past year. New Jersey, meanwhile, has enacted the most draconian anti-bullying laws imaginable, as if creating huge bureaucracies will change adolescent behavior. The best approach is to equip parents to help their kids be prepared for bullies since most of us are bullied at some point in our lives. David Smith from the Summit Counseling Center shares wisdom on how to do just that.
