Presumed Guilty

Herman Cain's week has been an interesting one to say the least. Unnamed sources told Politico that unnamed women reported that Herman Cain had said unspecified things to them sometime last century. And then the conflagration began. The sexual harassment industry has become quite the profitable one for lots of folks. But sexual harassment is a pig in a poke. Sometimes men can behave like pigs, that is true. Coach Sandusky at Penn State proved that this week. But sometimes women can lie, and the tendency toward presuming a man is guilty once accused of harassment can ruin lives unjustly.
