Did you see the story in Fairburn, GA where a private foundation is paying kids $8 an hour to study during an after school session. This is pure capitalism and I think it is great. I remember w hen my grandmother would pay me to read. It taught me how to help myself and get motivated to do what is right. But many feel it is bribery and an insult to hardworking kids.
