Did you see the story of Walker Concrete? Apparently they owners sold the business for $100 million dollars. But instead of keeping it all for themselves, they surprised their employees by giving out over $2 million in bonuses. Everybody in the company got $1,000 for every year they were with the company. But apparently this type of good leadership has been around long before the company sold. Do you have a good job? Do you respect your employer?
