Did you see the video this week of the man hit in Connecticut by a car and all the bystanders sat around and did nothing. It was one of the most astonishing things I have ever seen in my life. Why in the world didn't anybody help him? Join the conversation as we look at whether or not one is morally obligated to help in a situation like this.
