The Dalai Lama came out this week and said he thought sex to be a distraction and should be avoided by all. I think the Dalai Lama is Dalai wrong. First of all, the Dalai Lama wouldn't be here if it weren't for sex. And does anyone else find it some what ironic that Kama Sutra extends from Buddhism as well. But on a more personal level, would you say that sex has been delightful or destructive in your life? Join the conversation as we look at how sex is a wonderful thing, when done right.
