Stanford has been doing an 18 year study - that's right 18 years - showing that kids who at a young age can sustain their desire to eat one marshmallow in the promise to receive a second one if they do, do much better in life. There is value in being able to patiently wait - and it doesn't just apply to our kids. Join the conversation as we look at what might just be the hardest thing in life: being patient.
