Bush left office this past week. But during his final press conference, a reporter asked him what he thought his mistakes were. Bush said things like the Mission Accomplish sign, trying to reform Social Security after the '04 election and a few others. But it got me thinking, what are my worst mistakes I have made over the years, and could I even identify them.
