Jordan Brown is an 11-year old boy living in rural Pennsylvania. Like many 11-year old boys, he was given a shotgun as a gift. Unlike many 11-year old boys, he used the shotgun to shoot is father's girlfriend who was pregnant with his father's child in the back - killing her and the in utero baby on the spot. But here's where it gets a bit difficult: the state of Pennsylvania wants to try him as an adult? It's a tough situation, but are you kidding me? He's 11-years old.
