Barack Obama is in Europe talking about - amongst other things - nuclear weapons. He vows to decrease the amount of nuclear weapons held by the US and will directly work with Russia on decreasing theirs. The problem is that the cats already out of the bag and once it is out, you just can't take it back. Join the conversation as we look at what is the best route for the US and Russia to take regarding their Nukes.
