I came across a poll that said Americans are going to be taking fewer summer vacations - with up to a 1/3 of us planning on taking no time off at all. I get that the economy is tight. But taking time off work is essential to our well being. Not taking any time off for a break this summer might be one of the most destructive things you can do for your family and spiritual life.
