Offically Getting Cut Out Of The Will

Thursday, September 24, 2009

We did a show a while back about the case of Max Fiengold and the controversy he created with his will. Apparently he chose not to leave any money to any grandchildren who married a "Gentile." The Illinois court initially said the will was invalid, but the Supreme Court just ruled as said the will stands. I think it is great. When did we get the idea that our parents' or grandparents' money belongs to us.
