Not Knowing When To Retire

Bobby Bowden is a perfect example of a major problem in the workplace: not knowing when to retire. He built a great program at FSU; but has essentially destroyed a great program. All because he "knows what's coming next." There is a time as a leader when you need to gracefully step down.
