No COLA In The Recession

There is going to be no COLA for senior this year, and we don't mean Coca-Cola. There will be no cost of living raises for the social security payments to seniors. Just one more reflection that economy isn't improving. But then there are others who say we are at the bottom. Where do you feel you are?
