When Families Disagree On Pulling the Plug

Tuesday, November 3, 2009

It's tough enough when family members don't agree when to pull the plug on an elderly parent. It gets remarkably harder with a child. But I have never seen a case like this one. There is a case in Britain right now where a mother (and doctors) want to pull the plug on her son, but the father does not. I can't imagine what it takes to make that decision.
