Tort Reform Is Missing From Healthcare and The Death Penalty

Two topics this hour. First, what is shockingly missing from the healthcare bill passed on Saturday. Tort reform? How are we going to address the healthcare problem if we don't address the three biggest issues: fat people, old people, and lawyers. Second topic: we put John Muhammad to death tonight and it's wrong that we did that. Hopefully we don't do the same thing to the Fort Hood terrorist, Hasan.
