Overcoming Your Biggest Mistakes

A "solo" sex-tape of Carrie Prejean was allegedly the reason why her case against the Miss USA pageant was settled. Surprisingly, she owned up to the mistake and is moving on. Andre Agassi just released a book confessing to using Crystal Meth and hating tennis. Both are great examples of how to own up to your biggest mistake in a healthy and honest manner. But I am more curious as to what your biggest mistake was all these years?
