Obama Encourages Status Quo On Abortion and Healthcare (Sunday Edition)

David Axelrod was on CNN's State of the Union saying that President Obama is going to encourage the Senate to remove the Stupak amendment from the healthcare bill because, and I quote, "it changes the status quo." What planet are these people on. First of all, the healthcare bill itself changes the the status quo. Second of all, the Stupak Ammendment is the only thing that doesn't change the status quo as it applies the Hyde Ammendment. Seriously. I think these people have gone crazy.
