Eric Holder - Obama's Attorney General - has decided to try KSM in New York in a civilian court. Are you kidding me? Does he not understand the precedent this sets. Allowing an enemy combatant to be tried as a civilian - with all the rights afforded to him as a civilian - is a horrible idea.
