The Case for Small Government

The Massachusetts Senate race. Obama's low numbers. The healthcare debacle. Everything is pointing to Americans desiring their government to be smaller. A pull back if you will. Frankly, I have always though a small government is the way to go, and the pendulum seems to be swinging back towards me. What three things would you cut out of the Federal Government the second you took office?
