Refund Policy
It is our goal to provide excellent customer service for orders placed at allenhuntshow.com. But sometimes mistakes are made and refunds need to be made. Here are our guidelines for handling refunds.
- Books ordered on the site may not be returned past 7-days of delivery
- All other products ordered on the site can be returned up to 30-days
- All valid returns will be refunded by crediting the credit card used in the purchase
- The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping charges (unless a mistake has been made on our end)
- If a mistake has been made on our end (i.e. the wrong book was shipped), please contact allen@allenhuntshow.com and we will gladly rectify the situation immediately by sending out the correct book. No shipping charges will be added on for the correction. Please be sure to include your order number in the email, as well as details about what you actually received and what you should have received.
